On November 11th, Jon Kelley will be drumming for 24 hours straight to raise money for a worthy cause. It will be hosted at Zendejas located at 19420 North 59th Avenue in Glendale. Come join us for the last hour of drumming on Novemeber 11th, at 7:00 PM. Food and drinks will be available. Drum to a Heartbeat is FREE, open to the public, and ALL-AGES!Starting on November 10th, Jon Kelley will drum for 24 hours straight to raise money for Musicians on Call, a non-profit organization dedicated to integrating music into hospitals. Volunteer artists for Musicians on Call do more than carry a tune; they deliver it in person, to the bedside of patients that are unable to leave their hospital beds. It is a program that inspires smiles, sing-a-longs, and tears. These one-on-one interactions between musicians and patients have the powerful effect of resurrecting the emotions of joy and happiness, which often fade away in healthcare facilities.
